Useful, but no different than Amsalu Aklilu's dictionary

It must be said at the outset, this dictionary is not different than the fine one produced by Amsalu Aklilu (AA).
For those not acquainted with AA's dictionary, all entries are given in the traditional Ethiopian syllabary, with a phonetic pronunciation. Entries are alphabetized in a way that treats vowels and consonants as equally important, different than Leslau's or Kane's dictionaries, where vowels are taken into account only if there are words that have the same consonants.
The definitions are very brief and include very, very few secondary senses.
The book contains a number of entries not found in Leslau's dictionary. Those who want to work with Amharic will benefit from having a dictionary produced by an Ethiopian, but if they already possess a copy of AA's, they will not want to duplicate their purchase by buying a copy of both this one. If they do not have AA's yet (not readily available outside of Ethiopia), then this is a good choice.

This Dictionary is Good for an English Speaker to Speak Amharic -

I am an English speaker and I find this dictionary makes learning Amharic simple because the Amharic / English (the first half of the dictionary) section has the Amharic word in Amharic script and language, and then that word also in English letters in the Amharic language, and then the definition in English letters and language. For instance the first word definition is: hahu n. alphabet (except also next to hahu is the word in Amharic script) So hahu is a noun that means alphabet.
The second half of the dictionary is English / Amharic, it has an English word then the definition in Amharic script.
The translation of the Amharic script word to English letters is a huge plus for me for this dictionary, one of my favorite dictionaries, The Comparative Dictionary of Geez by Wolf Leslau does the same.
My complaints about this dictionary are:
It needs a phonetic Amharic and English alphabet and (vice versa for the English), so the readers can also learn to read Amharic script and English script. I use an alphabet from out of another Amharic dictionary, when using this dictionary.
The printing of the dictionary is faded in many places.
