falls flat and doesnt even pass the finish line.

Nothing like doing the right thing by Elsborg, the first of the series. This one seemed to me to be lacking the emotional strings that the first one had. It didnt render me speachless or bring tears to my eyes as the first but it was okay. I didnt get the feeling of connection between the characters and felt it was more about thier time in the sheets than about being together. I hate when that happens. If your looking for a story of undying love I dont recommmend this but if you want something thats just so so then go right ahead.

I really wanted to like this book and I did, but it just didn't have the pull that the first one had. I kept wanting to read more about Addie and Ed. I felt like there was more depth to the first book Doing the Right Thing. The sex scenes were great but it seemed like that's all there was to this book unlike the first one. I'm glad Will was happy but I just didn't feel it in this one. It was still a good book. I probably would have liked it better if I hadn't read the previous book. My expectations were way too high after reading Doing the right thing.

I almost didn't read this because I disliked the love triangle in the previous book between Will, his brother, and the girl (I can't even remember name). BUT I'm so glad I did! Seeing Will and Imo fall in love was a treat and Imo was a lot of fun. It's nice to read about an h that doesn't have their life together with the perfect job and everything falls in to place. Imo was great, and Will had a lot of growing up to do.
